i have to agree with a reviewer below. 2005 is going to be the year of the failed, microsoft product. ms money, a disaster in the making. bad decisions have been made at microsoft on the corporate level. the worst yet was bundling yodlee technology with their product. yodlee, while nice in theory, doesn't work 100% of the time! come to think of it. 5 of my 10 accounts polled (aggregated) by yodlee don't work due to their "technical difficulties". their 48 hour promise to fix those accounts, turn in to months! inquiries on the status of the problem results in: "we are working on the problem, and it should be resolved within 48 hours!" i know technology is trying to accomplish a lot, with very little cooperation from big companies, but heck. i rather download qfx files than have yodlee screw it up for me "automatically". the worst incidents by far is with fidelity. 45 days into the problem, i still can't properly connect to their netbenefits site. the other is with amex. transactions are duplicated; not only that, they cancel each other out. so if i bought something it shows up as a debit and credit! what a load of crap. hsbc is also a problem. having my cc balances show us as credits (positive values), instead of what they really are, debits: amounts i owe. all and all, it's a good software for keeping track of your finances, only if you avoid the online services. i'm sure next year, ms will dump yodlee disaster.

tried to download several times and each time i get a message back saying there was some kind of "unknown" error and request i "try again". each subsequent attempt results in the same error message. i am on the fence about upgrading to win8 looks like another "vista". i wanted to get a feel for the product before considering upgrading. win7 may be my last ms product if win8 is really as hokey as i am reading by those who have actually used it in beta...oh well, this may the linux push i needed to switch..

while other lossless formats may be described as "better", if you can't play them on the device you listen to music thru, it really doesn't matter.and rockbox is very nice - if there's a version that will work w/ your player. flac offers good compression, fast encoding speed, & plays natively on my rio karma, vibez & on my pc, etc. so for me it is the best one.

this is just an early cut at a new platform for programmers to write applications with. by itself, an end-user can't really do anything special. like all other "anonymous" networking solutions, it's not truly 100% anonymous, but when you try to summarize and simplify, people will get the impression that it's actually anonymous. i don't think we need another such solution, especially one which is going to require special app support. projects like tor show more promise.

anyone had issues in getting this to download ?i have tried many many times over the past few days, it hangs for ages in the firefox download window with 'a few seconds remaining', eventually shows complete, but running it always fails as a bad 7-zip.have also tried getting it from other sites with the same result.if anyone has got it ok, fancy throwing it up to mediafire etc for me ?thanks

comodo free firewall and either avast or avira are far better than this program combo.

it was removed because it never worked right, users didn't like it so we removed it so it we could rethink how to approach it.did you use it? probably not.
